Melissa Gomez

Melissa Del Carmen Gomez is a university student at the American University of Paris and uses she/her pronouns. She enjoys writing on Indigenous political affairs and sovereignty and climate issues. Aside from VofZ, she enjoys fashion, art, music, poetry, and working on her own activism such as working with UNICEF France and volunteering at refugee shelters. She is aspiring to work in the fashion industry or be a museum curator, and also aspires to also continue to work in activism.
