Heather Nguyen

Heather Nguyen is a senior in high school from Arlington, Texas and uses she/her pronouns. She is extremely passionate about writing on health-related topics and is a strong advocate for mental health awareness. Outside of Voices of Gen-Z, she loves to write songs/sing, dance, read, watch Netflix, and spend time with family and friends. She is aspiring to one day work in the medical field as a surgeon and hopes to leave an impact on whoever she encounters.
